15th Annual Student Outdoor Educators Conference
SOEC is a conference for the midwest that changes locations every year. The mission of SOEC is to provide a gathering place for college students who are enthusiastic about outdoor pursuits and the environment. The 2014 conference was held in Duluth Minnesota.
